How Much Fuel Does the Station Consume?

Economy is the strong point of Baudouin 6M16 series engines. Thanks to the electronic injection control system (ECU) and high-pressure fuel rail:

• Consumption at 50% load: ~36 L/h

• Consumption at 75% load: ~53 L/h

• Consumption at 100% load: ~71 L/h

The built-in fuel tank with a volume of 850 liters ensures autonomous operation for 12-16 hours without refueling (depending on the load mode).

How Does Control and Switching Work?

The generator is equipped with a Datakom D-300 (or DSE) controller, which fully automates operation.

• Auto Start (ATS): When the voltage in the main grid disappears, the controller starts the engine, warms it up, and supplies power to consumers. When the grid is restored, reverse switching and turbine cooling occur.

• Protection: Electronics monitor more than 30 parameters. If the oil level drops below critical or the temperature rises above normal, the station will instantly stop.

Can It Be Installed Outdoors?

Yes. The generator is supplied in an all-weather soundproof enclosure.

• Silence: An industrial silencer and high-quality sound insulation reduce the noise level, allowing comfortable work near the station.

• Protection: The body is protected from corrosion by powder paint. It is not afraid of rain, snow, and direct sunlight.

• Winter Start: Standard coolant heating (from 220V mains) keeps the engine warm, guaranteeing a start in any frost.
