AGREEMENT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

For the purpose of transition to electronic document management, settlement of exchange of contractual and primary documents in electronic form, we offer the existing and new contractors to conclude an Agreement on implementation of electronic document management.

The Agreement is a contract of adhesion within the meaning of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the terms of which are set out in a standard form, the content of which can be found at the link:

01 Accession shall be effected by completing, signing and submitting the Application for Accession in the form attached hereto or by following the link:

02 You can sign the Application using the Diia service (https://diia.gov.ua/services/pidpisannya-dokumentiv) or other convenient service.
