The DE-250BDS model is an industrial diesel power station with a nominal power of 180 kW (225 kVA) and a maximum power of 200 kW (250 kVA). Unlike budget solutions, this unit is designed for heavy-duty operation, where equipment downtime costs thousands of dollars per hour.

Electronic Injection Control (High Pressure Common Rail): Unlike mechanical pumps, the electronic ECU system doses fuel with jewelry precision. This gives two effects:
Instant Load Response: If several machines are turned on simultaneously in production, the engine does not “sag” but instantly equalizes the speed.
Economy: Fuel consumption at 75% load is only 38 liters per hour. At current diesel prices, this saves the owner significant amounts per season.
Thermal Stability: The engine is equipped with an efficient turbocharged system with an “air-to-air” intercooler. This allows maximum power to be drawn even in hot weather when the atmospheric air is thin.
Resource: “Wet” cylinder liners and a forged crankshaft are designed for tens of thousands of engine hours before overhaul. The service interval is 500 hours (vs. 250 for many competitors), which halves maintenance costs.
Paired with the engine is an industrial-class synchronous alternator.
Material: Only 100% copper. No aluminum or alloys. This guarantees resistance to overheating and short circuits.
AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator): The built-in electronic module keeps the output voltage of 400V with an error of less than 1%.

You don’t need a separate person to start the generator. The station is equipped with an intelligent Datakom D-300 (or DSE) controller, which takes over control.
“Auto” Mode: The controller constantly monitors the quality of the city grid. In case of a voltage surge or power outage, it starts the generator itself in 10-15 seconds and switches the load via the ATS.
24/7 Protection: The system will stop the engine if oil pressure drops, temperature rises, or overload occurs.
Remote Access: The ability to connect a GSM module allows monitoring fuel levels and battery charge directly from the smartphone of the director or chief engineer.
