  1. Determining generator set power – based on the customer’s technical specification or after energy audit by our specialists.
  2. Selection of equipment configuration and generator manufacturer – with full consideration of tender requirements and individual featuresfor each facility.
  3. Interaction with responsible specialists – we understand that the equipment procurement process is coordinated across various departments of the customer’s company, and therefore we prepare necessary documents considering the official and financial responsibility of each signatory.
  4. Adherence to delivery schedule – shipment of power plants to the customer and/or their commissioning always happens on time thanks to warehouse stock and timely foreign deliveries.
  5. Timely document processing – all accounting, transport and specialized technical documents are provided to the customer within the timeframe required by current legislation or contract.
  6. Service maintenance – performed according to maintenance schedule and in accordance with actual operating hours of each diesel generator.
  7. Personnel training – at our company’s training center we familiarize the customer company’s technical specialists with all rules of operation and maintenance of generator sets.
